What will you do?
The person in this position will be responsible for creating and maintaining our platform, using programming knowledge and code, as part of our Development department.
You will act as the expert in Angular and as such will be tasked with taking the lead when appropriate.
Your main tasks:
- Create and develop our platform (write and test code);
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance;
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time constraints;
- Develop test software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation;
- Determine system performance standards;
- Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance and develop project plans based on customer needs;
- Contribute towards system solutions;
- Come up with potential solutions to problems;
- Perform detailed quality assurance tests;
- Monitor website feedback for potential patch or upgrade needs.
Requirements
Who are you?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Angular;
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum;
- Good understanding of Object-oriented programming (OOP);
- Experience with Tested-driven development (TDD);
- as well as with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD);
- Knowledge of RESTful services;
- Must be able to oversee projects on your own;
- Able to adapt to a dynamic environment;
- Taking responsibility for actions and for delivery dates;
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills (strong communicator across teams and cultures);
- Professional level of the English language (both spoken and written).
