As Financial Controller at OnLogic’s European office in Oosterhout, The Netherlands you will report directly to the Global Controller and assist with the leadership of Finance globally. As a finance expert, you will be contributing to the daily accounting, financial strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a fast paced environment.
As the Financial Controller, you will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for the finance team and the entire OnLogic organization. On an average day, you'll
- Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
- Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes
- Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
- Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
- Support the FPamp;A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
- Assist with close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in all aspects of domestic and international accounting operations.
- Ensure that financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with all relevant government regulations.
- Participate in the daily accounting transaction flow and verify the accuracy of daily activities.

Finance helps guide financial decisions with analytics, performance management, forecasting, insights and financial modeling. A business is only as strong as those keeping a close eye on the bottom line and our Finance team not only keeps the books, but also manages to help explain what all those numbers mean at our monthly company meetings to make sure the whole organization is up to speed on where we stand. Requirements
- 5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong technical accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
- CPA or MBA preferred
