We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded Customer Success Manager to join our core team at our Amsterdam office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a team of customer success representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Success Management, 5 of which should be within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience setting up business processes/teams and building teams internationally, serving various regions is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a Start-up/Scale-up and growing a team from Seed through Series A and beyond is desirable.
  • Experience managing teams and developing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in global trade and exposure to foreign culture in target markets.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a close-knit team, collaborating with senior management, marketing, and product leadership to design commercialization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage a team of customer success representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Implement and continuously evaluate and improve customer success processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement with the platform, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement solutions.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of onboarding and website sales automation.
