You will join a Process design team at one of our Pension clients as part of a bigger policy management (PM) system implementation. The Process team is responsible for defining the to-be business processes for the new PM system. You will participate in client workshops to define the new processes (making uses of flowcharts, descriptions, etc.) and agree the new way of working with the client.
Requirements
- Senior person: we expect more than 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business/Process analist in the Dutch Pension industry
- Deep understanding of the Dutch pension market and its products
- Able to design / redesign business processes related to policy mutations
- Keep a critical view on standardizing business processes as much as possible
- Good communication skills and able to stand your ground in client workshops
