We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Eindhoven team


Your main responsibilities at ChainCargo:

- You will successfully onboarding new business relationships, assuring satisfaction and preventing churn. Onboarding includes coaching and implementation to all relevant stakeholders.

- You will focus on alignment with commercial teams, building relationships, pushing platform adoption and changing user habits.

- You will work closely with the data team to improve analytics and reporting.


Your main tasks at ChainCargo:

- You will build positive working relationships with all stakeholders including, commercial and operations leadership.

- You will be in charge of the onboarding of new clients.

- You will support Sales team in early-stage meetings as a technical expert.

- You will perform demos and teach the platform to internal and external users, of all ability levels.

- You will introduce the Mobile App and achieve full adoption.

- You will setting up all new users correctly.

- You will manage the early stages of new client engagements, assuring a white-glove experience for all potential customers.

- You will monitoring of an assigned account portfolio to assure a high level of continued service.

- You will leverage analytics in business reviews.

- You will meet with the Product team to provide feedback about usage habits, values, problems and weighting etc.

Requirements

Who are you?

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree

- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in: Customer Success, Sales, Logistics, Client Services, SaaS, or software implementation etc.

- You have communication amp; project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

- You have a genuine interest in logistics, technology and sustainability

- You have a strong Microsoft Office familiarity.

- You are a sales-oriented kind of person.

- You will perform software implementation.

- You have data-driven thinking.

- You have advanced and fluent Spanish skills, also very high fluency in English skills.
