The opportunity
Willing to scale the dynamic digital agency? Youwe is looking for an experienced and result-driven Corporate Recruiter to help us grow our teams. Are you a specialist with hands-on hiring experience in hiring key personnel? From HR, Finance, Sales to team leads, you will be challenged to think creatively in order to reach targets.
What you will do
With your good understanding of the hiring landscape and an active network of IT experts, you will manage the international end-to-end recruitment process. You know where top talents are found, how to attract them and get them onboard. Moreover, you know how to listen carefully to the candidate's needs and make the right fit with Youwe. With your exceptional organizational skills and accurate approach to saving data in ATS, you’ll proactively build candidates’ pipeline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you to warmly represent Youwe while being the first point of contact with the prospective candidates.
Requirements
What do you have
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
- Strong experience in senior-level recruitment;
- Solid knowledge of the IT/digital market and relevant recruitment techniques to conquer it;
- Skills on how to build and own candidates-generation strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace;
- An active network with established professional relationships in the industry;
- Motivation to succeed - You don’t stop until you get the desired result;
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
