We are hiring highly motivated
Business Consultants with
client engagement and custom software development experience, particularly using the agile methodology. As a Business Consultant, you will lead high-end business solutions for our key customers. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple phases; through project planning, development and successful customer adoption. Communication throughout the project is crucial - you will be the "go-to" person for management updates to the customers, partners and within Mendix.
You will play a valuable role in influencing the success of Mendix technology implementations and driving adoption of our methodology as you work with our customers and partners. As a Mendix Business Consultant you will be instrumental in the successful adoption of the Mendix Platform within product development and consulting organisations. As a Business Consultant you’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:
- (Co-)Development of demonstrators and solutions
- Creating documentation and maintenance of Mendix implementation
- Developing and conveying Mendix best practices and guidelines
- Being a player coach to your peers in Product Development and Consulting organisations and fellow Mendix Developers
You’re the innovator we need if you:
- Are a high-energy professional who loves to engage with customers and peers to drive innovation
- You have a good understanding of technologies like SQL, BPMN, MDD and Java (you don't have to be a coder, but a general understanding is definitely a plus)
- Have a passion for technology and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Have experience working in agile environment
- Have a Computer Science or related technical degree (desired)
