Job Description

Our amazing QA team at Huboo is responsible for providing quality and assuring quality in the business with action, root cause analysis and data driven information. This plays an important role in maintaining high client happiness and client relationships.

The aim of the QA department and Operative is to enable and maintain the highest quality service to Huboo customers ensuring delivery amp; quality requirements are consistently achieved. This role forms a pivotal part of monitoring performance and validating operational processes are adhered to aiding the business success and contributing to delighting the customer. The role is growing to place a greater focus amp; emphasis on improvement amp; error prevention efforts in line with the Quality Assurance Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding process. Perform Audit to validate client requirement have been met in full.
  • Perform Hub Audits i.a.w. planned schedule to confirm hub is operating to the required standard and report on any associated Non-Conformities to local Operations leadership for follow-up amp; resolution.
  • Triage any Booking In deviations identified, performing any Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) as necessary, documenting, and verifying compliance.
  • Perform Deep Storage / Racking Inspections to ascertain Stock Accuracy health, documenting and Initiating any Problem-solving to determine root-cause corrective actions.
  • Conduct Quality Control Sampling in accordance with site / client requirements, capturing any deviations and resolving any corrections necessary.
  • Manage end-to-end process for client reported Order Errors, including associated problem solving / RCCA efforts, documenting, and supplying reports into sites for review / response.
  • General Reporting
  • Provide inputs to daily QA scorecard, weekly site quality reports amp; monthly business review.
    • Use detail to provide proposed corrective and preventive actions i.e Training, Process improvement, risk mitigation.
  • Support any reviews with Site leadership with reference to Quality Assurance / Performance.
  • Maintain KPI’s in local area, driving improvement to achieve agreed performance levels.
  • Adhere to company procedures to inspect and report quality issues with the necessary detail.
    • Ensure follow-up to process confirm / validate implementation.
  • Internally, identify trends and contributory factors to mitigate risk / capitalising on improvement opportunities.
    • Share key learning to proactively introduce error reduction and standardization.
  • Utilise Continuous Improvement team to request process improvement support where required.
  • Working on a 4 days on/4 days off shift 9.00 - 19.30

Requirements

Essential

  • Attention to detail.

    • Microsoft Office Suite
      • MS Excel / Teams amp; SharePoint
  • Strong Coaching Skills
  • Data-Driven who possesses effective decision-making skills.
    • Basic Problem solving (3C / 5Y’s / Cause and Effect (Fishbone)
    • Seven Quality Tools

Desirable:

  • Previous QA/QC experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving skills - 8D / DMAIC
  • A3 Report writing.

Reporting to: QA Supervisor (UK) or Ops Support Manager / Site Manager (Europe).

Languages required: English

Travel required as part of role: Rarely. Potentially as the growth into Europe develops or for training.
