We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a talented and passionate UX Writer to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience on Feeld. You will collaborate closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered copy and content that guides and informs our users throughout their journey on the platform.

1. Craft compelling and user-friendly microcopy, tooltips, labels, and other interface elements that provide clear guidance and instructions within the app.
2. Collaborate closely with product designers and user researchers to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and leverage that knowledge to create cohesive and consistent messaging across the app.
3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Feeld's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, ensuring that all copy and content aligns with our values and resonates with our audience.
4. Continuously iterate and improve copy and content based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to enhance the overall user experience.
5. Work closely with the Content team to ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all touchpoints, including in-app copy, push notifications, email communications, and marketing materials.
6. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring that content considerations are incorporated into the development process from the early stages.
7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content style guides, design systems, and other resources to ensure consistency and scalability in content creation.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in UX writing and apply them to enhance Feeld's user experience.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, ideally within a mobile app or digital product environment.
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to write concise, user-centric copy that drives engagement and enhances the user experience.
3. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, researchers, and engineers.
4. Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your rationale and advocate for your content decisions effectively.
6. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content is error-free, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelines.
7. A passion for user experience, design, and technology, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the dating app industry.
8. A collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and a desire to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
9. Deep interest in and curiosity about the evolution and future of sexuality, identity and relationships.
