What you’ll be responsible for as a Marketing Manager at albelli-Photobox Group
As a Marketing Manager you will have full responsibility for briefing, execution and measurement of local marketing campaigns (eg ATL, Partnerships, Social), with support from central channels where required.
For campaigns across channels such as CRM and SEA, you will feed local insights and requirements into central plans and review central campaign briefs to ensure relevance.
As the guardian of the brand all content created by central teams will be assessed by you to ensure it aligns with the market objectives and brand identity.
The impact you’ll make:
- You are the customer champion- you understand the motivators and drivers of customers in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and ensure this is applied in campaigns across all channels and touchpoints.
- You understand the competition - you monitor and report on competitor activity and highlight trends and insights to the stakeholders across the business.
- You help define and execute the marketing strategy, working closely with the General Manager and Commercial Manager and collaborating with central functions and channel owners.
Must Have Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international business (ideally eComm) environments
- Strong understanding of Marketing channels (in particular ATL, Partnerships and Social) and experience in Brand Marketing
- Knowledge of the German market amp; media landscape
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills (this is a fast-paced environment!)
- Good analytical skills amp; able to summarize findings in a clear and concise way
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, fluency in German
Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience with personalized products and/or the online printing market or similar
- A background in either content and/or campaign planning amp; management
- Experience working within the OKR process
