We are a neobank that challenges the big banks in the field of savings and
investments. Our customers open a savings or investment account building up a
buffer for later. This is possible with a tax benefit (for a supplementary pension or an
annuity payment), but also without the tax benefits (i.e. ‘simply’ saving and
investing). In order to do this we create our own top-notch IT systems and
applications. Used both internally and by the more than 300.000 customers we
have.
Responsibilities
As a medior Azure IT administrator you are the Azure specialist of Brand New Day.
You are responsible for ensuring that Brand New Day migrates its software to a wellconfigured,
up-to-date cloud and that it can continue to build on its self-built
software with all the benefits of Azure in the future. You are part of the management
team, but you mainly interact with our 50 developers and testers in Amsterdam and
Bangkok to enable them to make the best possible use of Azure for their
development and testing work and hosting the Brand New Day applications in the
cloud. You also support the management team in other projects and management
tasks. Brand New Day uses various external (cloud) service providers for IT
infrastructure, management and support. You keep in touch with these parties, help
our Risk department to carry out risk analyzes and, together with colleagues, ensure
that these parties provide controlled and reliable services.

Qualifications:
MUST
HBO / Bachlor's Degree
Knowledge of Azure / Azure DevOps / AZ 104
Fluency or proficiency in English
