Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team at HSO, your Business Transformation Partner. As a leading Management Consulting firm and Gold Certified Microsoft Partner, HSO offers innovative solutions and worldwide 24/7 support from our dedicated Microsoft practices. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and our commitment to continuous improvement.

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges across the country to join our team of experts in more than 36 offices around the world. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campus recruiting programs, a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruiting, and the ability to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies and campaigns to identify and attract top talent from universities and colleges.
  • Plan and attend career and job fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and other recruiting events to promote HSO as an employer of choice.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including college career centers, student organizations, and faculty, to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates, evaluate their qualifications and fit with the company culture, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and leaders to understand the needs and requirements of each department and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and activities to senior management.
  • Continually improve and refine the campus recruiting process to ensure a highly effective and efficient program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruitment, including social media, AI, and video interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful campus recruiting programs that result in high-quality hires.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
