Responsibilities
As a Contract Manager you work together with multiple teams, with which you
realize large-scale new construction, conversion and renovation projects. We carry
out many projects in industry and high voltage, for example for national network
operators and multinationals. These projects have a scope between 2 and an
extension of 35 million and you will experience them from the tender phase to
delivery. Your place of work is Dordrecht, but depending on the project it is
desirable to visit a project or other location. As a Contract Manager you have an
initiating, supporting and advisory role towards both management and towards the
tender and project teams. In addition, you promote contract awareness. You assess
applications and contracts on technical risks as well as financial and contractual
aspects. You will work together with lawyers from Vinci Energies NL. Together with
a project team, you play an important role as a contract manager in the (preparation
of) communication with our clients in the pre-contractual process, but also during
the construction process and (prevention of) the settlement of additional and less
work discussions. You also enjoy taking on larger (delay) files from time to time. You
do not lose sight of the day-to-day business and are therefore constantly engaged in
risk-based advice. Both solicited and unsolicited, and often also in English.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in infra industry
Fluency or Proficiency in English
