Our customers select the recipes they would like to cook on our website or through the app. At our fulfillment center, we build their individual meal kits with all the recipes and ingredients our customers need. The final product gets conveniently delivered directly from our fulfillment center to their doorstep.

The logistics team is spread out over Europe working from Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal to ensure great deliveries all over the EU with our own inhouse suppliers and international 3PL.
Grow with us and join our Logistics team as a Logistics Specialist. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating between short term business critical needs and longer term continuous improvement projects; can rapidly develop a strong understanding of the business and use their technical expertise to ensure efficiency and scalability of our logistics and our team processes.
What will you be doing:
- Manage existing partnerships and build relationships with new transport partners
- Plan and coordinate shipping schedules with internal and external stakeholders
- Collect and analyze and create logistics KPIs
- Optimize and share shipping forecasts and internally communicate carrier capacity changes
- Audit and process invoices before approval from finance
- Work in project groups with digital, marketing and other SCM stakeholders to design and implement new logistics processes
- Support in the execution of continuous improvement plans and projects, including data processing and analysis activities.
- Incident management, engaging internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
- Maintaining team documents and updating SOPs

- 1-3 years relevant experience in transportation and shipping industry, preferably in the food/beverage/perishable sectors with general knowledge of logistics and supply chain management across Europe
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking and business process management
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Self-reliant, customer centric and creative in problem solving

- Available to work some weekends per month
