Job Description

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns via our Paid Marketing channels with a focus on Native amp; Display and Search. You ensure your campaigns generate high-quality leads and monetize so that they reach revenue and margin targets with a focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

You as our new Paid Marketing Specialist will manage budgets and campaigns across Paid Marketing channels to drive strong return on investment. Managing the buying, day-to-day optimizations, development, and constantly iterating on a testing design are all parts of your job.

Your Monday starts with chit-chat with your colleague about your amazing weekend. After that, you will start your week with keep track of best practices and escalating underperforming business cases. You will share this information with the team and other internal stakeholders.

With a lot of variation between accountability for checking content, collaborating with Design, and identifying new opportunities the week will never be boring. After a busy week, Friday has arrived and we are ready for a well-deserved weekend and maybe having some fun with your colleagues to close off the week.

Requirements

Are we a perfect match?

  • You enjoy being creative and like to share your unique ideas
  • Owning your ideas and taking initiative sounds like you
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • You are analytically and organizationally focused
  • Able to use resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done
