As an Account Manager Service you pro-actively support our customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region by proposing different relevant services like: maintenance, spare parts, repairs, overhauls, upgrades and modifications that will help our customers to succeed in their mission.
- Act as a single point of contact for our customers with whom you build and maintain long term value based relation ships.
- Explore, identify and develop new opportunities to extend the scope of HITEC.
- Propose and sell various relevant services to our partners or customers.
- Negotiate, plan and coordinate the execution of the services with the customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal departments the estimated scope, technical and commercial feasibility, quality and progress.
- Support our partners with commercial activities and services : spare parts, shop overhauls, managing incidents.
- Discuss the progress and quality of the work with service Manager EMEA.
- Provide reliable financial forecasts to the business for your accounts.
- Visit your customers on a regular basis to strengthen te relationship and to uncover new opportunities for HITEC.
- Owns the process from offering to invoicing and reporting in the service team
- Coordinate the required support for the customer in case of technical issues, roll outs, etc.
