Job Description

As a leader on the Technical Sales Team at OnLogic, you will inspire and guide the team that is the main contact for all inbound activity of our customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering excellent communication to both internal partners and external customers. You have exceptional attention to detail and unrivaled organizational and customer service skills. You are naturally driven to solve problems. On an average day, you'll...

  • Be the primary contact for all our inbound leads and customers.
  • Be proactively working with the account managers on the larger accounts.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and emails and create your own future accounts.
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultative support to potential and existing customers.
  • Work with the technical, business, and procurement decision makers to support the projects and provide the best solution to the customer.
  • Work directly with the team that is the main contact for all inbound activity of our customers.
  • Lead team meetings.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Assist team members in problem solving activities to support customer and business needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, or in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • You thrive when working in a multicultural team
  • You already bring some Sales experience

Benefits

The salary range for this role is 3.000,- to 4.500,- per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
