Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a motivated HR intern who is passionate about recruitment and HR. Your week will kick off with a casual conversation with colleagues about your wonderful weekend. From there, you’ll dive into a week filled with assisting people, performing administrative tasks, and personal growth.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting with HR administration (eg. onboarding, offboarding, mutations)
- Supporting various HR projects
- Help with optimizing our recruitment process, employer branding, and EVP
- Support on recruitment challenges to promote working at Leads
- Recruitment events and campaigns to attract talent
- Help set up policies for the HR department

Requirements

- You are studying/finalized a study in the field of HR
