As a Senior Game Developer you leverage your experience to coach your colleagues and elevate the technical hygiene of any project you are involved in. You have a deep understanding of architectural patterns and system design and can tackle complex technical design while being able to communicate about them to other developers. You don’t shy away from challenging the status quo to create a better environment for your colleagues.

Requirements

The right candidate meets most of the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience programming professionally;
• Experience coaching and empowering fellow developers;
• A passion for creating great games;
• Expertise with Typescript and JavaScript is a plus;
• Experience in game development is a strong plus (wether professionally, or a serious hobby project);
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices;
• Experience with version control tools (git is a plus);
• Solid knowledge of development best practices.

Your responsibilities will include partaking in developing new titles, enhancing existing games, and contributing to the development and upkeep of our internal tools designed to streamline these processes for the team. Additionally as a Senior Developer, you will occupy a pivotal role within the team, encouraging technical discussions and solid decision making, safeguarding the quality of our code, coaching fellow developers, ensuring timely delivery, and continuously evolving and enforcing technical best practices.
