Where do you fit in?

With a passion for innovation and excellence, we're seeking a results-driven Senior Account Director - Existing Business to lead our efforts in expanding our existing client base, with a primary focus on enterprise brands and strategic partnerships.

As the Existing business director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth within our existing client base, particularly focusing on enterprise brands and partnerships. Your expertise in marketing technology and the agency landscape will be crucial as you connect with clients on a strategic level, serving as a partner in designing their future marketing operations/organization.

You’ll be heading and working together with the account management amp; partnership team consisting of 3 team members, reporting to the CCO.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from the existing client base, with a specific focus on enterprise brands and agency partnerships within the marketing technology sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to set revenue targets, define sales objectives, and align with the overall company growth strategy.
  • Leverage your knowledge of marketing technology and agency operations to engage clients on a strategic level, providing insights and solutions that shape their future marketing strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within existing client organizations, understanding their evolving needs and positioning our marketing tech solutions effectively.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to meet client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and market changes to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology and familiarity with agency operations, enabling you to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Strong network within enterprise brands and agencies, and a demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven by a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
