We are looking for a motivated Learning amp; Development Officer to join our Eindhoven team!

You will work closely with the Head of HR and management team to identify areas for knowledge and skills improvement for ChainCargo employees and new hires and create training programs to address these needs, both in person and online, to help employees develop the skills necessary to succeed in their roles.

Your role at ChainCargo:

• You will work with HR and management teams to identify training needs across the organization.
• You will design and deliver training programs to help employees develop the necessary skills.
• You will create and implement development plans to help employees reach their career goals.
• You will develop and maintain a system for tracking employee development and progress.
• You will evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• You will be updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• You will be partner with external vendors and experts on this area, to provide additional resources and ideas for employee development.
• You will create a common way of working around learning and development and help define policies on what the best approach is to conduct this.

Your main tasks:

• You will design, deliver and maintain engaging learning programs.
• You will Identify areas of improvement and develop effective training programs to address these.
• You will contribute to the development of Lamp;D processes and guidelines.
• You will support the implementation of a global Lamp;D strategy.
• You will create learning materials for our employees.
• You will work together with team managers, Lamp;D experts and external training providers, to achieve a high-quality delivery of the trainings.
• You will coordinate internal and external training programs.
• You will ensure the quality, management and maintenance of our training curriculum.
• You will research qualifications and certifications that are necessary for our business.
• You will optimize our Onboarding program for new hires.
• You will be partner with managers to ensure discussions on career progression and growth.
• You will select and manage a Learning Management System (LMS).
• You will manage our e-learning platform (Eloomi), select and create relevant online courses to assign to our employees.

• You will suggest improvements to Lamp;D initiatives where needed.

• You will implement and monitor ChainCargo quality standards on Lamp;D.

Requirements

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Educational Science or similar.
• You have 3-5 years of proven experience working in HR, talent management or similar role.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Lamp;D.
• You have experience with setting up and executing Lamp;D strategies.
• You have didactic expertise and skills, and you have experience or affinity with providing training or education.
• You have experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• You have previous experience with technology start-ups and scale-ups.
• You have confident knowledge and professional level of the English language (Dutch language is a plus).

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have passion for bringing out the best in people and encouraging continuous learning.
• You are collaborative, proactive and positive attitude.
• You are solution-oriented with excellent project- and time management skills.
