Deployteq, a leading no-code marketing automation platform, is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing company. You will work alongside our HR team to fill open positions in marketing, engineering, and sales. Whilst you will be primarily responsible for delivering on Deployteq's live vacancies, you will also form part of our larger Talent Acquisition team, giving you the opportunity to work across Inspired Thinking Group's (ITG) brands, including TeamITG, Storyteq, ReviewStudio and more!
The role of Junior Recruiter will see you work on a hybrid model, with 2 or 3 days per week onsite in our friendly offices in Zeist, on the outskirts of Utrecht.
- Collaborating with our HR team to identify, evaluate and hire top candidates for open positions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with our company culture.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing them with feedback on candidates' qualifications.
- Ensuring that all hiring procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of hiring activities and reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives and supporting the development of our company's talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting for marketing, advertising, or tech-related positions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
