What the role is about
Our Sales Support team is looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused Account Support B2B for our biggest market, France. You are responsible for your own portfolio of B2B customers and in charge of their order management process, from customer creation to order placement to shipment tracking and invoicing. You are available for any questions, solve any issues you are presented with and you provide a positive and efficient customer experience for our B2B partners. You will work closely with the Sales Account Manager in supporting the shops needs and with other CLUSE’s departments.
