Hub-Supervisor / Team Leader
We are experiencing an extensive period of growth and are looking to add more talented Team Leaders to our operations. Do you have excellent leadership, coaching and influencing skills? If so, there is a great chance to join the team at Huboo as a Team Leader in one of our warehouses in Veldhoven.
We are a young technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our warehouses in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a Can Do attitude.
Requirements
Key responsibilities for our Hub-Supervisor / Team Leader:
- Maintain a fair balance of workload in their area so that no one is left overloaded (or idle) and personally lend support if needed
- Lead the daily hub huddle effectively communicating the requirements for the business that day
- First point of escalation for customer service or operational issue resolution
- Ensure that accurate and timely communication is always flowing with clients and the business
- Make Huboo a great place to work for your hub managers, encouraging and motivating your team
- Create an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained, and immediate interventions are made to correct all mistakes
- Hands on and leads by example to get the daily work done
- Identify training requirements, showing how to, coaching, practical help, direction and expertise to support to the hub managers in their area

- Experience of leading a successful high performing team this can be in an actual or a step-up role
- Excellent coaching skills developing members of staff
- The ability to plan effectively to create maximum efficiency
- Problem solving skills in the moment and for long term issues
- High energy and the ability to motivate a team to perform to the best of their abilities
- A customer centric individual that always understands the customers situation and puts actions in place to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- A people focused individual that ensures plans are in place to make the operation a great place to work.

- You work Monday-Friday 7.00 - 15.30 or 4 days on/4 days off 9.00-19.30
