Post-Production Engineer

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for casual games, SDK integration, and optimizing player experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Post Production Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in integrating platform SDKs, analytics, and ads for our portfolio of high quality HTML5 casual games. As a Post Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless distribution of existing games to new platforms, optimizing ad integration, and enhancing performance insights to drive the success of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate platform SDKs, analytics tools, and advertising solutions into diverse casual games;
• Collaborate closely with the advertising and publishing teams to understand requirements and objectives;
• Ensure smooth distribution of existing games to new platforms while maintaining consistent gameplay and performance;
• Optimize ad integration to create a balance between monetization and player experience;
• Develop and maintain processes for tracking and analyzing game performance data;
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance game performance;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues;
• Provide technical expertise maintaining SDK updates;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to game development, ads, and analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in integrating third-party SDKs, analytics, and advertising solutions;
• Proficiency in a programming language (Javascript / Typescript is a plus);
• Strong understanding of browsers and web technologies;
• Experience in optimizing ad placements to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive player experience;
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools and techniques to identify and address performance issues;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges;
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Passion for casual games and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
