Join our dynamic team as a Regional Marketing Manager!

Are you ready to take on a co-responsible role in executing and optimizing our global demand generation strategy for Europe (Netherlands, Belux, and France)? As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Global Demand Generation team and the Regional Sales Leader to deliver high-quality leads and opportunities to our local Sales team.

Your main focus will be leveraging our positioning, messaging, market segmentation, buyer personas, and product/service information to design and implement audience engagement programs. By doing so, you will enable the achievement of our sales targets in the EUR region.

Working hand in hand with our Global Demand Generation amp; Digital Marketing team, you will ensure that our centrally driven paid media and digital campaigns are effectively tailored to the local markets. In addition, you will create a localized marketing and business development plan to drive success. Collaborating with Sales and Sales Development (SDR) resources, you will define and execute outbound campaigns, ensuring they are fueled with engaging content and irresistible offers.

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate your ability to become a trusted business partner for our Regional Sales Leadership. You will closely monitor and report on the ROI of marketing programs and funnel contribution performance. It's crucial that you understand how to align local needs with our global marketing strategy and model.

Responsibilities

Regional Demand Generation:

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing teams for integrated European campaigns.
  • Track and analyze demand generation progress, funnel performance, and channels.
  • Work closely with Europe Sales and SDR team for efficient lead follow-up and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between EUR Sales and Global Marketing for effective communication.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape and propose strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage localized sales and marketing collateral and execute Thomas-owned events.

Regional Customer Marketing:

  • Collaborate with HQ Customer Marketing for local customer marketing activities.
  • Manage end-to-end local customer marketing events and identify customer advocates.
  • Localize and send global customer communications and handle local marketing communications.
  • Manage local branding updates and collaborate with HQ teams for regional adaptation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of regional marketing experience, including proficiency in digital channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation or a similar Marketing campaign system.
  • Passionate about executing full-mix marketing strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch for business speaking and writing, French would be nice to have.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to effectively manage multiple marketing projects.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical orientation.
  • Resilient and able to work well in a team.
  • Deadline focused, highly organized, and possesses sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a high growth/high-performance organization undergoing rapid global expansion.
