As a Lead Recruiter, you'll have the chance to help shaping who, why, and how we bring talent on board and establish a recruiting culturing engaging all colleagues working within HSO.

You will be successful when you’re able to establish a high performance recruiting culture, mentor and develop the TA team, and provide the management team with strategic insights improving TA-decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with HSO's business goals and objectives.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high standard of talent acquisition (also C-level)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary, and hiring timelines.
  • Build an active and passive pipeline of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS: Workable) to manage the recruitment process and reporting. Owner of ATS Workable on a country level, ensuring optimal use of the system.
  • Ability to analyze operational data coming from Workable ATS and LinkedIn and translate into strategic insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices . Enhance our visibility on the Dutch candidate market. Implement a systematic and personal way of engaging with candidates inside our talent pools
  • Country representative for HSO the Netherlands in the Global Talent Acquisition Community
  • Create, own, and manage a preferred supplier list (PSL)
  • Negotiating and agreeing on hiring plans with your internal stakeholders
  • Coaching and training of Hiring Managers and TA-Team (10 TA)
  • Co-responsible for HSO’s employer value proposition and recruitment marketing in the Netherlands
  • Bachelor’s or University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within a similar professional services / consulting company like HSO. Ability to liaise between local and international contexts and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Experience in managing recruitment analytics and identifying relevant metrics.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Dutch is a must have for this role
  • Location Veenendaal and Rotterdam
