As a Technician M, you'll be a key player in our Operations department, executing mechanical assembly with precision and expertise. Your attention to detail will ensure the quality and reliability of our systems. You will report directly to the Teamlead Power Generating Modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components of HITEC systems in the Operations department.
- Perform mechanical connections for the entire HITEC system, adhering to standards and procedures.
- Trial machines and systems according to work orders and set procedures, meeting deadlines.
- Support Test Engineers with mechanical connections and preparations for testing.
- Install and align our systems, ensuring accurate mechanical control.
- Detect and resolve mechanical errors during testing.
- Preserve machines using established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Innovation and Development department on mechanical tasks.
- Thoroughly document work and findings following HITEC procedures.
- Shared responsibility maintenance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate work with Testing and Assembly colleagues.
- Engage in proactive discussions to optimize processes based on test results.
- Communicate progress and quality to the Teamlead Power Generating Modules.
- Uphold company rules, guidelines, and conduct standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications in mechanical engineering from Pre-vocational Secondary Education (MBO).
- Qualifications for Hoist Safety, SCC (VCA-VOL), and Forklift Truck drivers license.
- Experience with assembly techniques and machine construction.
- Experience with levelling and alignment of machine’s
- Basic understanding of Dutch and English.
- Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in working with MS Office.
