Key responsibilities
Leads.io is on the search for a Product Owner to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be expected to help build the applications that support our company with its primary processes. We rely on our own products to give us a competitive advantage. We’ve built our own marketing platform, lead qualification and distribution platform, partner portal, and more. This is part of what made us the leading agency, and an important part of our strategy for the future.
Together with the scrum team, you’ll work on continuously improving and evolving the products in order to optimize the value for the users and stakeholders within the business.
Other responsibilities are
- Take ownership of the product and develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and stakeholder needs
- Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with the product vision and our other product teams
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and company strategy
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners and the business to ensure efficient delivery

Requirements
Your qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
- You have a customer-centric mindset and are an excellent and proactive communicator
- Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment
- You think agile and have experience with scrum
- Your English level is full professional proficiency
- Technical knowledge is a plus and you score points when you have experience with lead generation
- You are innovative and enjoy working on multiple applications
- You’re enthusiastic and fun to work with
