This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Digital Consumer Engagement.
The Digital Consumer Engagement team are responsible for driving and executing the strategy for the entire scope of Consumer Engagement, in the end-to-end consumer journey stages across all platforms. Ensuring we put the consumer first in whatever we do. The team works closely with Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the execution of Consumer Engagement projects and roadmaps e.g., reporting, presentations, workshops etc.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, collect feedback, and address it within the team.
- Support to improve processes, apply guidelines and share best practices.
- Prepare and support trainings for global and local teams to drive Consumer Engagement initiatives
- Monitor the quality of delivery to ensure deliverables meet the brief and agreed scope
Requirements
- Student with a focus on Business, e-commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor's and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Understanding of eCommerce environment and Consumer Engagement practices
- A data-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
- Structured, organised and process-orientated, with an analytical mindset
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
