What is the project about?
We are looking for an IT professional with a passion for security, to work in a fun, energetic DevOps team. You will design and advice on secure solutions needed to make the company more secure. If our digital security is at stake, you will know which measures are needed, what processes are involved and what tools to use. This involves stable and maintainable solutions were installations and patches of packages are automated by means of a CI/CD pipeline.
In this DevOps team, the challenge is to maintain and enhance a PEN test portal (plus associated applications) as well as maintaining the Vulnerability Management package. OPS processes need to be automated (user management, functional upgrades, patches and so on). The solutions for this must be well described, simple to use, stable, maintainable and secure.
Responsibilities
- As a DevOps Engineer, you deliver secure solutions that improve the security of the bank's IT packages and infrastructure.
- You do this in a DevOps team where a Product Owner defines what is needed, including priorities. You deliver solutions and decide how they look as long as they are secure, stable, automated and maintainable!
- You will be working with Azure and/or other cloud environments, system integration methods and Python.
Requirements
- Recent Python and bash skills, mostly focused on automation / scripting;
- Certified with either Azure AZ-104 or AZ-204;
- Experience with Azure;
- Knowledge and experience on Kubernetes, Helm amp; Docker;
- Experience with and understanding of Linux systems;
- Experience in DevOps environment. Meaning that you are able to design a solution, implement it, test it and keep it operational;
- Experience with Rest API's;
- Experience with automated deployment with tooling like Azure DevOps;
- Package / Application trouble shooting knowledge;
- Demonstrable affinity with security aspects, securing IT packages and infrastructure;
- Experience in System Integration Engineering;
- Monitoring and alerting experience;
- Worked with PowerBI
