We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for our client's growing team.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing outsourcing team dedicated to finding and managing external third parties
• Research and scope out outsourcing opportunities that will have a big impact
• Work with key stakeholders on how outsourcing could accelerate their roadmaps or bring new solutions that could not be developed otherwise
• Develop business cases for outsourcing projects
• Facilitate formulation of technical aspects and requirements for outsourced projects
• Identify, evaluate, and select outsourcing partners
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements for initiatives carried out by outsourced partners
• Foster strong communication and collaboration between teams and external outsourced partners
• Manage financial budgets for outsourced expenditures and track actuals against the budget
• Track progress and resources. Monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead acceptance testing. Facilitate development and implementation of quality control measures to ensure that outsourced deliverables meet or exceed predetermined standards
• Address any issues, conflicts, or deviations from the project plan promptly and decisively
• Track outsourcing efficiency. Analyze post-project data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in future outsourcing endeavors
• Implement lessons learned to enhance processes, and standards, outsourcing relationships, and overall project management practices
• Identification of potential risks and issues throughout a project lifecycle and developing mitigation strategies

Candidate Requirements

• BA/BS degree, ideally in technology, engineering, or related field
• Similar experience in technical project management, with a strong background in technology
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and concepts
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• In-depth understanding of outsourcing trends, best practices, and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinker
• Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
