HSO, a leading Management Consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer, with expertise in the Microsoft Cloud products, Azure and D365, to join their team. With a commitment to ongoing employee training and development through its HSO Academy, HSO is seeking a talented Technical Engineer to contribute to its global reach and support its clients' business transformations.
In this role, the Senior Technical Engineer will work closely with clients to provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues as they arise. The Senior Technical Engineer will also work Closely with one of the HSO Customer industry teams as an customer team engineer to understand their business requirements and develop technical solutions using Microsoft Microsoft Cloud products, Azure and D365.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
- Be virtually part of one of the HSO customer teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Lead technical discussions with clients, providing expert advice and best practices
- Participate in the design and development of new solutions and /or services for HSO managed services
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of HSO's Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Microsoft technology stack to ensure you are able to advice HSO clients in their journey for growth.

Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of technical architecture and design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is beneficial
