Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing and mission-driven Mid-Market, Account Executive to help take Novata to the next level. Novata is at a critical inflection point in its trajectory to become the category leader in the mid-market for investors. The Account Executive will play a crucial and entrepreneurial role in ensuring Novata's leadership in this category.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the market and identify the most attractive Mid-Markets segments to ensure product market fit and win business.

- Enable and educate multiple stakeholders at all levels, including ESG practitioners and C-suite, to help meet their desired outcomes and create value through Novata.

- Collaborate across Novata's functions, including product and marketing to create efficient and effective feedback loops facilitating continuous improvement across the company.

- Create meaningful relationships with prospective clients and existing clients to build and instill value through a community-based model.

Requirements

- Constantly curious and hungry to learn and improve.

- 2-3 years of SaaS sales closing experience.

- Consistent high performer with a proven track record.

- A builder mentality who can work with the team to make things happen even if it’s hard!

- Contributing value in interactions and excellent communication skills.

- Mission-driven and excited to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive form of capitalism.

Anticipated Salary Range circa 50K to 70K base salary OTE 100k to 140k compensation depending upon experience.
