Hello, Account Managers!

My name is Abby and I am the Operations Manager at ResultStory. Our company recognizes that in today’s online world, a good product or service must always be backed up with top quality and unimpeachable credibility. And what better marketing is there than testimonials from people who have first-hand experience with the product or have tried the service out for themselves? No actors, no scripts, and no staging we pride ourselves in producing only credible and genuine social proofs and testimonials from authentic customer experiences.

We are looking to hire a motivated, Account Manager who can own the relationship with our accounts and shape their content strategy. Their mission is to ensure our accounts benefit from a service that make it ridiculously quick and easy for them to publish consistent video content on social media and produces real results (engagement and ROI).

They are responsible for building rapport with accounts, shaping a social content strategy, overseeing the production and publishing of social media video assets, monitoring social media accounts metrics, and ensuring each account is successful and has a great experience. They also need to be problem solvers, who can own finding solutions for account’s queries. Ultimately the long-term retention of the accounts is their primary measure of success.

This is a part-time and full-time role.

Requirements

We are looking for a Account Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • Native (or very advanced) standard of English (written amp; spoken)
  • Must have 3+ years experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Must have 3+ years experience of Relationship Management
  • Must have 3+ years experience of Project Management
  • Ideally 2+ years experience working specifically as an Account Manager for a marketing agency
  • Ideally 2+ years experience of in-depth Social Media Management
  • Strong knowledge of social media and content marketing
  • Excellent relationship management skills - a people person
  • Able to resolve complex client queries and complaints, and retain and upsell accounts
  • Able to manage client deliverable creation as projects, delegate effectively and track work assigned
  • Very comfortable conducting video calls
  • Have an internet upload amp; download speed of 10 Mbps or more with consistent internet and electric
  • Has a webcam and quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Can both work independently and also contribute to a team
  • They need be able to make a commitment to being consistently available for the agreed hours (their weekly/monthly capacity to work for RS must not depend on other work commitments)
  • Organized, dependable, with great work ethic: we need hit our turnarounds with accounts
  • Someone who takes ownership and can use critical thinking to solve problems



Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing The Onboarding Process for New Accounts
    • Sending the onboarding form
    • Scheduling the recurring interview date
    • Following up via email to ensure onboarding form is complete
    • Holding Account Kickoff Calls
  • Interviewing Our Accounts Monthly To Produce Video Content
    • Delivering Monthly questions sets to accounts
    • Ensuring that the accounts are able to show up to their set monthly interview
    • Running the monthly interview
  • Overseeing Production/Publishing of Great Social Media Video Content
    • Delegating appropriate parts of the process to Video Editors, Copywriters, amp; Publishers
    • Acting as second set of eyes to ensure that assets are free of error and high quality
    • Sending checked assets to accounts for approval and acting a liaison between accounts and VE/copywriters when edits are needed
    • Double checking assets before publishing for any errors
    • Publishing assets on accounts socials via Social Pilot
    • Ensuring that assets are produced on time
    • Reviewing performance metics and reporting these to accounts
    • Amending each accounts content / social media strategy to optimize their results.
  • Relationship Management
    • Serving as the main point of contact for accounts
    • Keeping accounts informed of the status of their assets
    • Relaying monthly wins to accounts
    • Preventing issues by proactively identifying any potential problems with an account and solving them before they occur
    • Owning and solving account issues / concerns - combining an awareness of commercial impacts and empathy with account’s situations
    • Hearing account feedback and quickly addressing concerns and improving the
