As Customer Journey Expert, you possess the following skills and experience:
• A Completed Master's degree;
• Experience in Financial Markets.
• In-depth knowledge of Financial market products and their life cycle events (e.g., FX, Rates amp; Credits, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Repo's, Security Lending).
• Proficiency in FpML (Financial Markets Mark-up Language: XML for FM), particularly version 5.12 or higher.
• Ability to creatively address consumer requirements if FpML 5.12 falls short.
• Product ownership for development squads and stakeholders.
• Alignment with current and future consumers to gather requirements.
• Ambassador for the Canonical Data Model.
• Familiarity with data streaming technologies (Kafka/Pulsar) and messaging formats (Avro, Protobuf) as a plus.
• Agile/Scrum experience, system architecture, and a "Can do" attitude, strong communication skills, and adaptability in a diverse, changing environment.
