Join us as the Head of Paid Marketing and become a pivotal member of our Revenue team. Your expertise will drive our marketing strategies to new heights. You will be involved in managing the paid marketing channels of all our products and can have a major impact on Ageras’ growth. With new and innovative ideas, you will help take the company’s customer acquisition to the next level.

You will be handling Ageras’ paid marketing of multiple financial admin products across all target markets focusing on our core markets France, Denmark, The Netherlands, and Germany. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be managing a growing team, currently consisting of 3 senior performance marketers.

Your day-to-day work will involve managing and overseeing our paid marketing activities across product lines and markets, being in charge of millions of euros in budget. Throughout the trajectory, you will work with peers and leaders across functional teams, interact with the entire Revenue team, and other stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.

We hope you will increase the efficiency of our paid marketing. We wish you to have a thorough understanding of all of our product offerings and markets and that you have taken the first steps towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness within the first 6 months.


Preferred requirements, you:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Have an aptitude for handling the big picture in paid marketing
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience with SEM (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Meta Ads, Apple search ads, Microsoft ads), Google analytics (GA4), affiliate marketing and partnerships
  • Have experience in managing a small team
  • Are fluent in English, other languages (German, Danish, French or Dutch) will be considered as a plus
  • Have an independent work style with collaborative team spirit
  • Are easy to take budget responsibility
  • Can work from either Berlin, Copenhagen or Amsterdam office (with the possibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays)
