We are looking for someone to join our team in the Netherlands as an advisor to the business on contracts and who has an interest in learning about, and eventually advising on, other legal topics such as employment law, privacy law, intellectual property law, international law, insurance, etc. Primary initial responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating, editing, and drafting contractual documents relating to all types of agreements, including sales contracts, contractor and consultant agreements, engineering design agreements, purchasing agreements, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, and intellectual property licenses.

Our legal team negotiates fair and reasonable terms with our customers and suppliers, ensures our compliance with all relevant laws, statutes, and international rules, files trademark and patent applications, and assists in many other business functions to facilitate adherence to relevant legal standards. The legal department works with all areas of the business to create, review and maintain processes that ensure our interactions with customers, vendors and each other are at the highest legal standards and that we avoid taking unnecessary legal risks.

The salary range for this role is 3.000,- to 4.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
