HR and Operations Internship - Amsterdam

Job Description
GRESB is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Business Support Team for a 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week).

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to acquire valuable hands-on experience in the areas of Human Resources and Operations, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be working under the guidance and supervision of the Operations amp; HR Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day support on the essentials of HR operations (administration, employment contracts drafting, staff onboarding, work with internal HR systems);
- Help maintain HR and Legal records, files and databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employees' information;
- Assist with office administration tasks, such as: managing office supplies, handling internal requests and organize the daily office lunch;
- Research industry trends and best practices and assist in updating HR-related documentation.
Requirements
- You are a recent graduate or you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong interest in ESG principles, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
