People Business Partner
Movus Logistics, Netherlands

• Develop and implement effective people strategies and initiatives with People Team to support the business objectives of Movus Logistics
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in the country, providing guidance and advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the recruiting process and ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce
• Provide coaching and support to managers on implementing performance improvement plans and conducting effective feedback and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Support and guide employees through organizational changes, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop insights to support data-driven decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including experience as a Business Partner
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Experience supporting a high-growth organization or start-up preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations based on business needs
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
