CLEVR’s HR Operations Lead oversees the HR operations, ensures smooth procedures, and supervises the HR department's day-to-day administrative tasks, throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The goal is to ensure that HR activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to have a positive impact on the organization.

Due to their ongoing growth and international expansion, CLEVR is looking for an HR Operations Lead to cover all countries in which CLEVR has employees. The HR Operations Lead will be working from the Company’s headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. More about CLEVR: https://www.clevr.com/

Responsibilities

  • Create, update and implement HR policies and procedures, with consideration of the company’s objectives and ensuring compliance with local labor law and regulations;
  • Setting up processes and maintaining the internal HR-portal (on e.g. Confluence) to communicate HR policies and procedures;
  • Assist with the alignment and documentation of compensation and benefits packages, in accordance with local regulations;
  • Ensure that requirements for registration of employees for local benefit purposes are met;
  • Document employee insurances, and ensure that any related requirements are met;
  • Handle employee on / off boarding processes;
  • Maintain and continuously improve the use of the company’s HRIS (Personio), ensuring employee data integrity;
  • Administer (sick) leave, personal development days, etc.;
  • Prepare and process any employee related documents for internal and external purposes;
  • Manage the monthly payroll processing;
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on HR KPI’s to management;
  • Participate in HR related projects, including setting up and maintaining a process and tool for goal setting and performance management, (annual) salary increases, establishing and applying a job and salary house, conducting employee surveys, etc.;
  • Collaborate with third party providers, incl. payroll processors, lease car companies, pension / insurance providers, company doctor, etc.;
  • Act as the go-to person within the company for any HR operations related questions or suggestions;
  • Manage a small team of HR operations specialists.

Position

This role is located at the CLEVR headquarters in Amersfoort, the

Netherlands. The role covers all of CLEVR’s jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Finland. In this role you will report to the CFO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a similar degree in human resources;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, at an international company;
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations;
  • Broad experience with HR processes;
  • Experience with HRIS (Personio a plus) and related processes and reporting;
  • Extensive experience with international payroll activities;
  • Specific expertise of Dutch payroll / HR operations matters and hands-on experience required (e.g. regarding UWV, pension, sickness, parental leave, etc.);
  • Experience managing a small team;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
