As a Technician, you'll be a key player in our Operations department, executing mechanical and electrical assembling with precision and expertise. Your attention to detail will ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components of HITEC systems, adhering to standards and procedures.
- Perform mechanical and electrical connections of HITEC systems, adhering to standards and procedures.
- Support Testing department with mechanical installation and connection of Hitec systems.
- Support Testing department with electrical installation and connection of Hitec control cabinets.
- Install, levelling and align our systems, ensuring accurate mechanical control.
- Trial machines and systems according to work orders and set procedures, meeting deadlines.
- Thoroughly document work and findings following HITEC procedures.
- Shared responsibility maintenance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate work with Operations colleagues.
- Engage in proactive discussions to optimize processes based on test results.
- Communicate progress and quality to the Teamlead Power Generating Modules.
- Uphold company rules, guidelines, and conduct standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Mechatronics from Pre-vocational Secondary Education (MBO).
- Qualifications for Hoist Safety, SCC (VCA-VOL), and Forklift Truck drivers license.
- Experience with assembly techniques and machine construction.
- Experience with levelling and alignment of machine’s
- Basic understanding of Dutch and English.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in working with MS Office.
