Global Operations Strategy Internship at Leading Sports Fashion Brand

This is a 6 month placement for university students who want experience in Global Operations.

YOUR TASKS:

• Work side-by-side with an experienced project manager and support the execution of cross-functional global projects within our organization (e.g., project planning, milestones execution and monitoring)
• Own and manage individual work stream activities and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Drive progress reporting for large strategic projects
• Drive and manage analytics on data, processes and various business challenges 
• Prepare senior management presentations and status updates
• Ensure high quality and consistency of individual and cross functional work stream output
• Contribute to Strategy amp; Program activities with passion and energy

Requirements

• Student of Business, Strategy, Sustainability, Operations or similar
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills with interest/ability to understand the bigger picture
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite (esp. Power Point and Excel)
• Action oriented and solution-minded team player with can-do attitude
• Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn
• Fluent in English (verbally and written)
