Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service experience and the ability to handle escalated client issues? We are growing at Huboo and need an additional Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning business! If you are keen to make a difference and have a passion for excellent customer service then this could be just what you are looking for.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Working daily on our inbound ticket volume. This could be directly from customers or escalations sent from the Hub Managers in our warehouse
  • Manage inbound calls via our VOIP system
  • Distribute and provide solutions to NPS and CSAT detractors
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Handle customer inquiries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - always following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep your daily tasks up-to-date and organised to ensure you remain efficient in your work
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Be proactive
  • Go the extra mile for our customers!
  • Supporting the European market

Requirements

Experience and skills needed for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Proven Customer Service experience in call centres or face-to-face environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills are a must
  • Proficiency in Englishis a must and fluency in other European languages is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Professionalism and confidence dealing with clients - individuals of all levels from CEOs to admin assistants. You will be on Zoom calls, phone calls, emails, and tickets, liaising with business leaders on a daily basis
  • Ability not just to work but to thrive under pressure - in a high-paced, fast-growth environment where every customer and interaction counts
  • Not afraid to get stuck in. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude

About Us
Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.

Paul and Martin soon created Huboo's unique Hub Model.
