You will report directly to Head Of People Operations EU+UK.
Your responsibilities as a Jr. People Specialist will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Responding to onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departures
- Responding to run payroll
- Maintaining employee records and updating employee information in the HRIS system
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and compensation
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing assistance related to HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in the coordination and organization of employee training and development programs
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
