Job role & skill set: Application Architect - Oracle Application

Position description: Telco/billing integration consultant/spec.

Project description: Billing transformation program - implementing new billing street according to the target architecture - migrate legacy systems to new billing platform - integrate new billing platform to other system (CRM, Provisioning, finance etc)

Skill Requirement:
Requested service/service area: Application Management Services - Package service, RICE - Oracle Application ML
Required skills: Java (J2ee), Fusion Middleware, BPEL process engine, Oracle JDeveloper

Must be able to work independently for the billing application based on the BRM/Portal infranet Software package from oracle. Experience of implementing BRM projects for Telcos, making requirement analysis and designs, and resolving complex designs/technical architectures. Responsible for keeping the designs close to vanilla and resolving complex designs issues. Designing and able to deliver the integration between CRM Siebel and billing system (Core Billing - BRM, Mediation - Comptel, Bill Presentment - Stellent, Collections - PM/DM, Fraud Mgt - Lava storm)

- Good communicator, Team player
- Hands on experience (not only theoretical portal blabla, but really knows how to configure and Customize Portal)
- Tooling experience: Rational/CVS/Mercury
