Your Role:
The Mamp;S Manager is responsible for a sound and efficient execution of preventive and reactive maintenance of the Almelo location. You define the maintenance strategy and objectives for the location. Regarding sustainability you contribute to develop a strategy that enhance technical solutions to improve Hitec environmental impact on CO2 emissions.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of the preventive maintenance plan, covering; work planning, contractors planning and corrective maintenance execution
- Establish a maintenance and repair budget for equipment, installations, and inspections.
- Assigned as installation responsible person for the test field (IV), ensure compliance with NEN 3140 and 3840 and organize official letters of assignment on electrical work.
- Selection of contractors that meet safety, quality and cost objectives following Hitec policy
- Optimize total cost, lead times, and quality of maintenance and equipment-installations.
- Preserving and optimizing theERP system for maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the development of a sustainability strategy on technical solutions to reduce emissions in line with Air Water Inc. policies and strategy.
- You provide details for capital expenditure budgets regarding maintenance and sustainability projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5-10years of experience
- Certified NEN 3140 and 3840 is desired.
- Knowledge of low and high voltage equipment is a preference
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
