68% of customers do not trust their providers of financial services, whether it be buying a car on finance or getting that car insured.

Our mission at Voyc is to build trust in financial services.

To explain how we do this, I'd like you to meet George, the CEO of a Car Finance lender in the UK. George has 100 employees, 80 of whom talk to customers daily and has a huge compliance problem. At any moment, the regulator can ask George to prove he treats his customers fairly.

To do this, he and his industry colleagues spend $21bn a year to hire quality assurance assessors like Laura, who go through calls and identify risks. Unfortunately, they can only go through 1-2% of interactions, leaving 99% unchecked.

That's where Voyc comes in; our cutting-edge AI-powered call monitoring software helps Lisa and her team monitor 100% of their calls, spend 30% less time listening to calls and achieve 99% regulatory compliance.

How we do that is we score 100% of the calls and rank them based on risk. We then kick off alerts and workflows to ensure the risk is mitigated either by training the agent or calling the customer back, and we then provide the data that Graham needs to show the regulator that he is compliant.

We are growing 3x per year in the UK with over 50 finance companies and are now monitoring over 100 calls a minute. We got here with the work of a powerful growth team led by our co-founder/CEO, Matthew, our Account Executive, Pradeep, Head of Marketing, Irina and Marketing Associate Paige. Unfortunately, Pradeeps decided to move on from sales, and we're looking for another Account Executive to carry the baton forward and continue on the strong momentum he has created.

Role Responsibilities

  • Use outbound prospecting on Linkedin and Hubspot to generate 50 monthly leads in our ICP (UK insurance, consumer credit, or car finance brokers/lenders with 30-300 Employees with 10+ Agents/Advisors).
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to write and send personalised messaging for key accounts (ABM)
  • Book and complete 20 Discovery Calls (SQLs) per month.
  • In addition, complete another 10 Discovery Calls booked by our SDR.
  • Complete 30 monthly Discovery Calls and qualify BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Set up ten monthly Demonstrations using clients' call recordings and quality frameworks to demonstrate ROI.
  • Get key decision-makers (Managing Director/COO/Head of Operations/Head of Compliance) to attend the demonstration.
  • Design demo presentation slides showcasing that we've understood their problems and positioning Voyc as the perfect solution.
  • Present 10 Demonstrations per month and present pricing options.
  • Send and negotiate five monthly contracts, including cellphone-based negotiations with buyers.
  • Before the end of the week, update deal stages, deal values, and close dates in the CRM. Ensure all activities are logged.
  • Close two deals in the ICP per month
  • Film a brief Loom video explaining who the new client is and why they purchased it, and ensure context is transferred to the Implementation team.
  • Send an email to the client introducing their dedicated implementation manager and ensuring the kick-off call is scheduled.
  • Log product ideas and share insights with the product team to influence the roadmap.
  • Attend all onboarding and configuration calls during the three month Implementation and Validation phase and ensure 100% of your clients successfully move into production.
  • In the Production phase, join all sync calls and QBRs led by the Customer Success Team and respond to signals from the customer success team to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Contact the economic buyer once a month to see if they have any concerns and ensure they attend the QBRs.

Requirements

  • You have worked for 3 years in B2B SaaS Sales or/and in the insurance, consumer credit, or car finance sectors.
  • Tech savvy and capable of using Voyc to set up, configure and present demos on clients' calls.
  • Strong listening skills, ability to read between the lines, and understanding of the high-context UK market.
  • Love reaching inbox zero by the end of the week.
  • Comfortable sending/responding to over 100 emails per day.
  • Driven to send follow-ups after discovery calls and demos within 24 hours.
  • Strong, active listening skills and the ability to read between the lines.
  • Ability to think creatively, join the dots and send follow-ups that add value to the prospects.
  • Motivated to beat the record of fastest deal closed of four days held by Pradeep.
  • Comfortable travelling to the UK for prospect visits, events, and awards dinners on a bi-weekly basis.
