Our People amp; Culture department is currently looking for a HR Manager/Area Lead for the Netherlands, whose role will be to execute, improve and build people operation processes in The Netherlands, in close cooperation with the other regions to ensure process harmonization, while ensuring seamless HR operational support to all team members.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the People Ops in NL providing support and collaborating with the Global Pamp;C team, the finance team, team leads and C-level;
- Lead and guide the People Operations team in the Netherlands, own and provide leadership on all human resources related activities and set our people operations strategy and processes;
- Make sure all the payroll payments are made on time and correctly by conducting, checking, and approving them in collaboration with the payroll specialist;
- Propose process improvements, expand our capabilities, and automate tasks to ensure operational excellence;
- Own the Employee Records topic in all aspects including contracts, salaries, and compliance;
- Keep up-to-date on labour law topics and communicate it to the respective stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the compensation team, payroll provider and Finance to support execution of equity programs and ensure pay equity;
- Be knowledgeable about all tasks, participate with the team in their execution, and act as a replacement if necessary.
Requirements
Must have:
- You are an experienced (5 years +) HR professional;
- Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders in a high-growth, Technology business in the Netherlands will be essential;
- A proven track record in developing a People Operations agenda;
- A deep knowledge of HR Operations, and HR Systems;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Netherlands, with experience in addressing legal HR matters;
- An ability to deliver quickly in a fast-moving, growth-focused business managing change and minimizing complexity;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR process improvements and automation initiatives;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align people operations with overall business goals:
- A collaborative style that builds effective working relationships with strong, clear, and credible communication skills and ideally multi-lingual;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience in data reporting/analysis in Google Sheets.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment is a plus;
- Possessing a degree in a field related to business administration, or human resources;
