As a Senior Product Manager for our Creative Automation product, your work will span the full product lifecycle. From researching and identifying customer needs, monitoring the market and competitor landscape, defining and managing the product roadmap and the team’s goals, optimizing and launching solutions, to evaluating and presenting the results.

You will lead a cross-functional team of product owners and designers and work closely with our CTO, Director of Engineering, and other business stakeholders on developing compelling solutions matching the needs of our customers and improving their experience.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead Product Management: Further our product management process across the full product development lifecycle. Bringing focus and consistency to how we develop our product.
  • Customer Centricity: Work closely with customers and client teams to understand needs and ensure product meets expectations.
  • Managing Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap by aligning priorities and milestones across teams.
  • Contributing to Product Strategy: Translate the product's long-term vision into actionable projects for development teams.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market and competition to identify opportunities, threats, and adjust product strategy.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate the product and design teams. Be an inspiring leader for the department.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a product-led mindset.

About you

  • You have 5+ years previous experience in senior roles in Product Ownership, or Product Management.
  • Have ambition to grow into a Head of Product or Product Director role.
  • Are detail-oriented and have a customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating customer needs and customer experiences into the product development process.
  • Have technical background and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Have a proven track record working with diverse teams.
  • Possess deep empathy and understanding of our customer's needs.
  • Have inspiring leadership capabilities, being able to motivate and push forward your team and department.
  • Are highly motivated to solve complex challenges.
  • Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done in a fast-moving, ever-changing scale-up environment.
